Does anyone know if tickets for the Georgetown-Michigan State game will be sold as part of a double-header (with St. John's-Marquette) or separately? Thanks.

My understanding is the tickets will grant access to both games. Not sure what this means for St. John's season ticket holders.

Twelve years of forgettable basketball have whittled away at the St. John's season ticket base. Per their web site splash page, they are guaranteeing Big East seats to any new season ticket holder. www.redstormsports.com/In four games last season against current Big East schools, the Redmen averaged 9,030 per game, with a high of 12,474 vs. Marquette and a low of 4,049 vs. DePaul.

St. John's fans are reporting that the games will be a part of their season ticket package. But yeah that should hardly preclude anyone from getting tickets.

RPI 238, Kenpom 296 Looks like they only lose one player who was characterized as a role player on kenpom so hopefully they will improve.

Oh boy, we're playing Big Daddy U!
I have a question about tickets for the Oregon game. My firm has an office in Seoul, and one of the associates from my office is currently on assignment there. She's a big basketball fan, and I think will have an interest in attending the game. Is there any way she can get a ticket (or two, if she chooses to take a guest) through the university?

Hate to bring up painful memories - but I think Lipscomb beat FGCU twice last season

I would not consider it painful but more of a learning experience.

Need to learn to play against mid-majors, perhaps the new BE will allow us to learn how to play them.

Conference schedule came out on September 5 last year which was the Wednesday after Labor Day. Not likely to beat that date this year with everything that has happened with the conference, but I expect every effort will be made to stay close to it. Anxious to plan my winter travel schedule.

Tough OCC!! Oregon, then Wright St., with Charlotte/KSU and most probably Michigan looming... all in November?

I mean we've always played a tough OOC schedule so I don't think it's really that much of an upgrade/change from our normal scheduling philosophy. It's hard to judge the toughness of an OOC schedule at this point anyway. I mean last year at this time Texas was a preseason top 25 team and look how that turned out. UCLA was top 10, not on our schedule last year but Kentucky was top 5.
