He's fine. This team is fine. They'd be more fine with Whitt (any chance him playing?). But I like this team more than any of our last 4-5 NCAA teams. Why? THEY DON'T QUIT! I don't know how many games I've been to or watched where I thought we were toast only to see them come back, e.g. UCONN. Otto doesn't have to score 20+ for us to win. He does so much more. I thought the same sitting in close and observing the unusual...

If we're going to talk about Otto Porter, we need to acknowledge that Syracuse played much better defense against him than they did in the previous two games. Porter didn't get many open looks, and as a result, he didn't score a whole lot of points. The advantage we have is that other teams won't play a zone like Syracuse, and most of the NCAA teams will have no experience playing against him. I can understand getting tired in a single game, since giving your all for 40 minutes has to be exhausting, but if there's a week off between games, it really shouldn't matter. As Dan said, Kemba Walker played plenty of games a few years ago, and it did not slow him down. Your last sentence...Kemba had help on a consistent basis and made his teammates better, he was a guard, not power forward although Otto made his teammates better... but this is Starks job not Otto...Otto was doubling up his production due to his compadre Greg inability to get it done in the classroom...He was as far as he could go, same as Jason...I think he was bummed out from taking up the slack at the point guard position and doing so much during the season it caught up with him in the tourney...the problem is we have to play the majority of our team...they're not injured...play them...
