Here's a serious question - how (theologically) does one treat a Papal resignation and the continued presence of a former Pope? Hasn't happened in a long time, and last time it did, the Pope that resigned was one of 3 people claiming that title. Less seriously, what do we call him on March 1? The Cardinal formerly known as Pope Benedict How dare you joke about such a serious subject. You better watch out for locusts. |

If I ever bump into Pope Benedict/ Cardinal Ratzinger, or whoever in the Toombs, I'll worry about what to call him then. Until then I ain't afraid of no stinkin' locusts.
