That's really unfortunate for them, Holmes sounds like an extremely solid player and they've had some major injury issues. We better come out ready to play though no matter who they have because anything can happen on any given night. Let's take care of business.

mb4.scout.com/fcalstatefullertonfrm1That's the CSF basketball message board. Sounds like they don't quite know what's going on with that kids knee. With them flying across the country to play in McDonough on ESPN, without their best player - it would take a titanic (haha, I'm hilarious!) performance for them to play with us. But, then, Kansas said the same thing last night.

Your business is to dress and act like a maniac to scare the hell out of the players they DO bring.

Well just had my brother pick up tickets for the game on Tuesday, this will give Georgetown the chance to have a true home game atmosphere that we all complain is lacking in general due to having no true on campus arena, I do hope we have a great presence on Tues even if it is only Cal St Fullerton

Does anyone know if the game is sold out yet? I've got my tickets, but really want this game to be packed.

[CSF's] Student Body is 61% female
A stat like that makes me jealous of all the male students at CSF, especially when you consider that they're California girls.... ;D

A stat like that makes me jealous of all the male students at CSF, especially when you consider that they're California girls.... ;D The problem with 61% is that it makes all male sports a Title IX risk. California schools have an increasing problem with building male enrollment and that has led to sports being cut with regularity at these schools.

everyone ,,,,especially the students need to look at hoyasaxa.com,,, on the front page for a great reprint of an aritcle when the hoyas killed a fourth ranked missouri in a game that hadda take place in mcdonough... because of the ice capades at the cap center.. national tv... and al mcguire was the announcer... who couldnot hear himself... lets all sell out ...and get there at least anhour before. to go crazy ...remember the missouri game ...and MAKE SOME NOISE.. we are back ..and this can be a great time to show that ...go hoyas .. beat fullerton...on our real home court ... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Baltimore Sun: As CSUF moves forward in NIT, I can look back at my alma materwww.baltimoresun.com/sports/bal-sp.schmuck21mar21,1,1662566.column?coll=bal-home-columnists&ctrack=1&cset=true ...seems kinda fitting that the columnist's name is Schmuck, doesn't it?

It's going to be very tough for us to compete with you guys without Ralphy. The guy is heroic, should have been the Big West MVP, at 6-4 owned the boards after we lost Hardy Asprilla -- the heart and soul of a team with so much heart -- to an ACL tear at the beginning of conference play.
This has been a magical season for the Titans. We hadn't had a winning season in a dozen years, with a couple of really horrible campaigns. Following this team has been more fun than any other Fullerton team, including the four NCAA baseball champions (although last year's baseball team comes close.)
No matter what happens in D.C., this is a wonderful moment for Fullerton athletics.

That is a tough break and I'm sorry to hear that he'll be unable to play. We also have experienced a ressurgence this year and are very excited to be in the NIT. Should be a fun game.

Glad you guys are having a good season, though I do hope we crush you. I need to keep bragging rights in one sport--in baseball you have us by a country mile.

My friend rented out Cilantro to throw a post-game victory party. It is for the fans, band, cheerleaders and team who have made this a great season. It's next to Chipotle on M street- see you after we win the game! www.dcshottestparties.com

I'm speechless...this kind of jinx is almost irreversible. I'll have my shamans and mytics working double time, but seriously that kinda jinx just doesn't respond to animal sacrafice or incantations...
[EDITED] Jobu, I do it myself.
