Stein still picks Hibbert as one of the two "wildcard" selections. It seems like the general consensus is that Indiana will get at least one representative given their performance so far this season and that Roy is the most likely target.

DaJuan waived by Hornets. That's too bad, but not surprising. Haven't watched the Hornets this season, but judging from the stats, he wasn't giving them what they wanted. Would still love to see him get on somewhere.

The Hornets may resign DaJuan to a 10 day contract after he clears waivers. If he was on the roster at close of business today he would have been guaranteed for the season. He was in a suit on the bench last night after having his knee drained.

In other news, Greg Monroe deserves to be an all-star, 100 pct, but he won't be selected because the Pistons stink. He put up 20 and 12 in a win tonight.

Purely out of curiosity, what was Josh Thornton doing playing in the Kenner League in the summer of 2004, when he wasn't set to show up at Georgetown for a full year? Was this a different Thornton? Were HS players formerly permitted to play with the college and pro guys?
