Thanks to NBA Full Court, the DVR and fast forward, I have probably seen 85-90% of the minutes that Jeff has played in the NBA. The one thing that is absolutely clear is that he is playing in significant pain, not getting up off the bench to cheer when he is not playing, and often not running up the court.
Jeff just played brilliantly in his own version of the Willis Reed game.
I wonder about his availability - and Harden's - for game 6.

Jeff being Jeff. No surprise by his performance. Heart of a Hoya. Representing G-town and the area to the fullest. One of the greats.
Go Hoyas!

Was able to watch the game. Can't imagine having to play D on Giannis in iso like that repeatedly down the stretch. As you said, Jeff held his own -- as well as you can against someone like Giannis. Impossible task.
All around great game from Jeff. So good to see!

Where is he on the all-time nba scoring list now? I don't believe playoffs count for that list but could be wrong...

It does not. In playoff scoring Jeff checks in at 305.

Have always loved Jeff...great team player and a class act...hope his health stays in tact and he stays assertive going forward...couldn't be happier for him at this point...

We're lucky that we still have Jeff playing in the league. He's such a competitor and a class act. I'm also glad we get to see Jeff and KD together again. I always thought the SuperSonics should have kept them together.

Jeff Freaking Green. Last night's game reminded me a bit of game 6 of the Finals Magic's rookie year. Kareem was out with a sprained ankle, and no one gave the Lakers any chance against the Sixers. Magic came up with a game for the ages, like KD last night, but he couldn't have done it alone, and what many don't recall is that Jamaal Wilkes went for 37 that night. Jeff Green was KD's Jamaal. Just a phenomenal performance.

There are just a ton of NBA jobs open rn as the article mentioned, Iâm sure jt3 is happy with his mellow job instead of the waking nightmare that is coaching esp a meh franchise, now I wanna see if any of the available teams take a swing for Wright lmao doubtful but we live in crazy times and itâs hard to keep saying no to double the money lol

Gotta love the gratitude Green is getting from papers and Nash, one threw some shade at Harris for being a â75 million dollar playerâ unable to produce anything last night while Jeff is on minimum one years, another said that he should be earning at least double digit millions per year with a multi year contract and the fact that he isnât is puzzling

At some point that JT III job (the Wizards' version of the amorphous "Director of Special Projects") will go away. Georgetown's buyout covered him financially, but at 55 he should still have some ambition to contribute somewhere. 2. How many times does Jay Wright have to say no? He's turned down offers of as much as $7.2 million a year to stay at Villanova. Why would you ever leave Villanova to coach an perpetually underperforming NBA franchise that will be hiring their eighth head coach since 1999? There's no job security in the NBA, none. John Beilein made it one year. Jerry Tarkanian won an NCAA title and didn't make 21 games in the NBA.
