Georgetown has been in same bracket as Kansas in 08,10, and 11. They haven't been able to play Kansas on the court but they are now 2-0 against them on the recruiting trail.

Did anyone else look at the comments under the article in the Kansas City Star? Wow. Mizzou fans are fired up, and not too excited about Haith.

Watching all of the video clips, the thing that has me the most excited is Otto's ability to hit the 12-15 foot turnaround from the top of the lane, or in other words, the shot you need to have to destroy the Syracuse zone.

"Otto Sr. knew learning the fundamentals was the key to becoming a great player, so he designed a series of ball-handling and shooting drills for his son.
“Those were required,” Otto Sr. says. “Once the drills are finished, it’s fine to go play pickup games with your friends. But the emphasis was on mastering those skills.”
Wow! The recruitment of this young man has me as excited, if not more, as the recruitment of Greg Monroe. The above quote from his dad tells you this kid is fundmentally sound because his dad played college ball and knows what it will take to play at the next level.. You have to be excited that he, like Whittington, played guard before their growth spurts made them front court players. Statement from his coach about his desire to rebound(35 in 32 minutes) excites me also. The Hoyas defiinitely need that attitude, which hopefully will be contagious. The young man's weight and Hollis are all that probably will keep him from starting next year. If Hollis stays at the 3 position, then the young man may need to put on a little more weight to start at the 4 position. If Hollis has improved his handle enough to move to the 2, then this young man will be the starting 3 with Whittington as his backup. You have to love the fact that the Hoyas have 3 players that are fundamentally sound because of their fathers having either played successfully in college or coached the game(Porter, Sanford, and Lubick). Liked the tidbit that Kirby and Porter's father played ball for the same community college and that Kirby is already recruiting Porter's cousin.

Did he sign on the dotted line? Is JT3 and/or staff going down to the Jordan?
