In the episode where Homer meets his mother for the first time, they play the end credits where he just looks up at the stars on his van after he's had to say goodbye again. It is one of the most emotional things I remember on TV.

"You Only Move Twice" will always and forever be my favorite. Albert Brooks is probably the show's best guest star, and the jokes are rapid fire and hilarious. Any show that ends "Awww, the Denver Broncos." will have a place in my heart.
Per Bill Donahue, his job is to be offended, so I'm not surprised they used him. Spurlock needed "guy with no sense of humor #2" for his documentary, and Donahue readily obliged. If Donahue had his way, it would be illegal to make fun of or denigrate the Catholic Church in any way, and the pedophile scandal would be wiped from the history books. He's a caricature of man, really.

Great special, really enjoyed it. Thought Spurlock did a great job, too.
20 good years!

He's a caricature of man, really. Yeah really, even down to the accent and the look. If he was animated he would fill the role for him self perfectly on the Simpsons. I thought he was a plant

Actually, that's my list. But you're right. I have the wisdom of ten normal people, so I can understand you wanting to refer to me as "they." ;D Ah my mistake. When you said "I posted this," I thought you meant it was just something you found somewhere. So maybe it wasn't a grand conspiracy to tie in some of the later seasons, as I had suspected. Obviously, if someone like TV Guide put it out, they wouldn't want to admit that the show has declined. But yeah, solid list, though there's so much brilliance in this show, no list will satisfy everyone. I just thought of this one: — It appears they see you as something of an ogre. — I oughta club them and eat their bones!
