^how do we know that? i am not saying he does, but can any of us really know that? take a look at UK's bench and see how many strength and conditioning/video analysts/water bottle holders/calipari suit dry cleaner technicians they have... look at ours... come on really?? JTIII runs a clean program...there has NEVER been anything to the contrary even RUMORED BIG difference with dealing with them than giving them benefits....if he's going to send his kids to a program that won't give him kickbacks then he's ok....could be annoying...but not illicit we've never been involved with players with the known hustler handlers...

Having someone talk to the media for you doesn't mean there is something shady.
Moses is from another country, and has been here, what, 2 months? Isn't there the slightest bit of chance Moses doesn't want to talk to the media?
I know, Boncore sounds a bit possessive, but it doesn't mean shady.

Moses does not have family in this country and Goodman lost his mother I thought, no? That could explain the coach's closer relationship, quotes, etc.

A "handler" can also mean a private coach. As a person who never had a chance at playing D-I basketball, I also had a private coach at one time, I'm sure if I had been better (or they would have realized that I should have played SG instead of PF) this person would have given me advice and spoken to the media for me. How many High School students enjoy talking to the media? On the other hand, how many adults would jump at the chance to get their name on the national level (especially if they are a private coach for that player).

from casual hoya....
Moses Abraham Leaning Towards the Hoyas Good News Thursday Continues! Big man recruit Moses Abraham is expected to announce his decision on Selection Sunday and according to Jerry Meyer of Rivals, "he has been considered a Georgetown lean, especially after the recent commitment of his friend and teammate Jordan Goodman." Hip Hip Hooray!

From the Vols board:
1. According to his advisor (per ESPN and Zagoria), Abraham will reclassify to class of '11. He will be on a campus this coming fall and workout with whichever team he chooses, but will not play in the 2010-2011 season.
Maybe we do have space for another big man then.

^how do we know that? i am not saying he does, but can any of us really know that? dumbest question of the day award my belief is this program is on the up and up. but what happens behind the curtain nobody, not even you, can say for 100% certain. i have seen and heard many things in this recruiting game. nothing could surprise me.

From Rivals:
"Will Abraham surprise on Sunday?
He will choose between Georgetown, Tennessee, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, UCLA, Seton Hall and Florida. Georgetown, Tennessee and Maryland are the only three schools Abraham has visited, and he has been considered a Georgetown lean, especially after the recent commitment of his friend and teammate Jordan Goodman.
Abraham's advisor and guardian Joe Boncore, however, thinks Abraham might surprise with his decision.
"He is really thinking about it," said Boncore in a text. "I think it will surprise even me.""

The only way I'm down with this is if Greg is coming back. If he is, then that's ideal because we won't need the depth as much, and Moses would get a year in the system and hopefully be able to contribute from game 1. If Greg doesn't come back, then we are really thin next year with Juilan, Nate, Henry, Jerrelle in the front court.

No matter which way this goes we've all learned one thing from this process... Joe Boncore is a deleted.

Lots of noise and chatter. Most of it is meaningless. Just wait until whatever news gets announced. Hopefully, it will include Moses choosing GU. From there, its up to JT3 and the kid.

I saw no reference to Moses on ZagsBlog or first few pages of his twitter. I'm not an ESPN Insider, but didn't see any articles on him reclassifying on the Syracuse TV network's website. But I am not that good with the inter web.
Maybe Vols fans are full of it?

It's old information.
The kid will play next season.

Sounds to me that Bonocore just wants to keep people asking him for the next week

If he's still waffling, let's show him a BET CHAMPIONSHIP!
I'd love to get this guy for next year, I would feel slightly more comfortable with Moses around if Greg goes to the NBA.
Note to Greg: STICK AROUND AND WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP (to go with the one for this year).
