That aside, its good to hear this situation is resolving for the BEST. Not something you hear everyday with those scumbags over at the NCAA. I am glad this situation has been resolved for the best as well, but perhaps the rules really do need some updating. If this sitation had arisen at Idaho State, would an exception have been made? It appears not, since the NCAA granted a waiver only after it became a media story.

I said keep us posted on the good news. Actually, I am sure that they will have some charitable mechanism for the viewers to give assistance, so I guess that is "good" news, but I'm not much of an Oprah fan.

Temple's players voted to give their per diem for the trip to last night's game in Charlotte to the Fahmarr McElrathbey trust fund. ($1500 or so)
