The Harvard Crimson published names of the private search going on for its university presidency Tuesday, including the names of current presidents at four other Ivy schools. Many denials to follow. www.thecrimson.com/article.aspx?ref=516187

I just hope that they can find someone this time around who can tow the faculty line, who won't challenge this most complacent and self-regarding of institutions too much. This time they need someone who will cower in fear of the conventional wisdom- feted for political content by a quorum of like-minded professors from each and every radically left wing department. A list of acceptable ideas shall be presented to the new president before he/she takes office this time around to avoid another catastrophe whereby entrenched faculty beliefs are challenged so wantonly. After all at Harvard, diversity is for skin color, not ideas.

All that matters is that faculty members are granted their god-given right to be left alone as long as they publish enough. What's the latin school motto: "Sine Cura?"
