That's about 2 years old. There's no quad (but it's clearly being constructed) and Lot T is still being used for parking.

I've seen lots of construction at stadium sites via GoogleMaps as well but would somebody make sure I'm not delusional. I thought I saw the Capital Center still standing which means that section of the imagery has to be how old?

There went 30 minutes that I'll never get back. It's too tempting to see what you can soom in on, though the modifications around the Capitol and White House are interesting.

The campus pic also still has the football field on Kehoe rather than Harbin field, with a track around it. And there are no stands or organized field on North Kehoe.

Looks like theres a lot of room to the west of McDonough for a brand new convocation center/basketball arena.

I think it's protected land. Owned by the City or something.

Its National Parkland I believe, and its also extremely hilly, but that's irrelevant because we would never be able to touch it.
However, there is plenty of room for an on campus arena where McDonough is as well as the tennis courts and so on.

The Naval Observatory/VP's mansion has them as well. CIA doesn't. NSA doesn't. Pentagon doesn't. When Terraserver first came out a few years ago there were mods made over the Naval Weapons Station in Charleston, SC since they still stored/transported nukes there back then.

If we don't do the assault and capture of G'town Visitation then make a move on the French Embassy. They'd probably put up less of a fight than GV.

Yea, I sorta figured it was something like that, but I was fooling myself with optimism. Theres still room, but like you said they'd have to get rid of the current McDonough, which means we'd probably lose use of that facility for the duration of the building process, which I imagine causes a bunch more problems (where would the team practice? where would the women play their games?) Also, I HAVE TO ask this question.... Does anyone know what the hell is on Roosevelt island? It looks like it's really empty, except for some little structure (maybe a helicopter pad?). I'm guessing its also some sort of national park land, but is there anything there? Anything to see? Anything worth going there to explore? Or is it just a bunch of trees and nothingness?

I've never been there myself, but I think there are some paths for running/jogging/hiking on the island, which is a park of some type.

That thing's pretty cool, you can definitely waste some good time on that. And man does that track look sweet on Kehoe Field. And man do I wish we still had it.

Just a crappy generic turf field. No track around it though and no football field like shown on that image.
There are now bleachers set up at the North end along where the North endzone of that football field used to be and that empty field in the pic is where the soccer teams and women's lacrosse have played for a couple years and where Men's lax is also playing this year.
Its been made into a decent facility and we call it "North Kehoe"

Is that the Duke Ellington track (rounder than a normal track) north of the campus?

Kehoe is now sometimes too. Was the original football field where Yates/Kehoe is now?

What do you mean by "original" football field?
THE original football field was of course on what is now Copley Lawn before Copley was there and streching through the ground currently occupied by White-Gravenor.
