No my personal purgatory was 15 of my daughter’s classmates singing that hideous fight song at the top of their lungs.
It is nice to see idiots in the wild though...

I'm a Giants fan. I can't root for the Eagles. But I can't stand the Patriots either. I have to root for the meteor. NJ I know the conundrum. That said, it is so nice to remind the green-clad cretins that they have never won.

As a Giants ex-pat living in Philly, this one is a no-brainer. The mouth breathing horde with their insipid EAGLES chant deserve nothing but misery and defeat. Go Pats.

Today marks seven years since we found out Harry was sick and I opened this thread.
The time has gone by in the blink of an eye while certain days and moments seemed to take forever.
7 years later, he is healthy, happy and everything a parent could want ina child. To briefly recap(brag), he is an excellent student, altar server, plays soccer, baseball and basketball, runs cross country and track (that’s for you Nevada), competed in his first chess tournament last week, has a role in the school musical and on Monday was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society at school.
All that said, his greatest achievement is being here 7 years later. I am still not sure he knows how sick he was or how much danger his life was in (I hope he doesn’t ). His courage and spirit are nothing short of amazing.
For the gift of my son, I thank God, his doctors and nurses, his family and friends and everyone on this Board and the entire GU community who from the moment this thread opened, took him into their hearts and prayers and proved once again that WE ARE GEORGETOWN is a hell of a lot more than a cheer at a basketball game.

So much for the Patrick won’t work at recruiting nonsense. He may not land this guy but it won’t be for lack of effort.

Another Hoya, Mark Corallo, Class of '88. Other reporting (Wolff in "Fire and Fury") suggests he left at the time Trump fabricated the cover story on Air Force One for Trump, Jr. because he was concerned with obstruction of justice. Corallo was involved in one key moment Mueller is believed to be looking at -- the drafting on Air Force One of a misleading statement about Donald Trump Jr’s contacts with a Russian lawyer. Steve Bannon told the House Intelligence Committee that he had discussed the writing of the statement with Corallo, according to the person. Corallo left the legal team in July after growing frustration with the general disorganization in the White House and Trump’s attacks on Mueller, whom Corolla worked with closely while a spokesman for the Justice Department, said a person familiar with the matter. Mueller served as director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 2001 to 2013. www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-31/mueller-said-to-interview-former-spokesman-for-trump-legal-teamMost importantly Mark was the last GM of the Healy Basement Pub.

I kind of agree with Yaboy here but we cannot discount the possibility that McCabe is neck-deep In some embarrassing conflicts and is getting out while the getting is good.

I am not defending anything. I care more about the actual plight of Americans in Puerto Rico than I do about the feelings of non-Americans in Africa and Haiti. Shoot me.

Fake tough guy Trump. Any other fake tough guys here? Catholic leaders, including prominent archbishops and a group of sisters, are condemning President Trump’s derogatory description of African countries and calling on the U.S. government to take steps to protect migrants. “Sisters of Mercy are present in many of the countries President Trump categorized as ‘holes,’” the sisters said in a statement. “We welcome immigrants and refugees from these countries in our schools, churches, healthcare institutions and other ministries. We take offense to this description of these lands and of their thoughtful, loving and passionate people. No home of our brothers and sisters, not coincidentally here our brothers and sisters of color, should be dismissed in this manner by the leader of our country.” www.americamagazine.org/politics-society/2018/01/12/catholic-leaders-condemn-trump-remarks-about-haiti-africaFunny how people like to selectively listen to Catholic leaders... Try and remember that affinity for Catholic teaching the next time a planned Pernthood fund raiser takes place...

He said that about African countries, not Haiti. He said Haitians all have AIDS. Both comments aren't true, and both are despicable.... Either way. His comments are despicable. The real failure is on the ground in Puerto Rico not in offending people in third world nations.

Shepard Smith PUERTO RICO DEVASTATION: Officials say nearly half a million Americans still don’t have power, more than 3 months after #Hurricanes #Irma and #Maria tore through the island #PuertoRico #FOXNews Heart-breaking... Allegedly 68.7 % of the state-owned Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority's clients (or 1,012,028) have power and the generation capacity reached 84.5%. This level of failure is what Trump should be called out on. Instead, the world worries because he called Haiti a hole. Guess what, Haiti is a hole. However, Puerto Rico is part of the US and deserves better.

People on the left talking about character assassination is rich. The Clinton’s wrote the playbook. And yes, I vote with my wallet. There are two kinds of people. Those who vote with their wallet and those who lie about it. But, but, the Clintons!! Every Politician tries to discredit their accusers. Most don't do it to independent Law Enforcement officials who are investigating them and none have fired, or attempted to fire, the Law Enforcement officials who are investigating them. I vote with more than my wallet, but I'm also not a narcissist soooo... finance.yahoo.com/news/obamas-tax-cut-bigger-trump-proposing-175123554.htmlYet.... No you just don’t admit it

And beat Hillary and cut my taxes... Well at least you're admitting none of that stuff you talk about regarding ethics and impropriety matter to you... As long as you benefit, you don't care. You and Trump are like twins in that way.... People on the left talking about character assassination is rich. The Clinton’s wrote the playbook. And yes, I vote with my wallet. There are two kinds of people. Those who vote with their wallet and those who lie about it.
