Actually, hifi, there's a different response.
We had a ticket board, but I'm guessing since sellouts at MCI are not commonly an issue, there wasn't much traffic. DFW either deleted it or turned it into the Hoya Blue Suggestion board.

There was almost a full row of Indiana red in the 2nd row behind one of the baskets at Cameron last night. This was the student section, not behind the IU bench.

I didn't watch much of the Indiana-Duke game since it conflicted with our "marquee" matchup with Southern, but from what I saw it was pretty sloppy. ESPN radio this morning was basically saying that Coach K has really got his work cut out for him this season. They pretty much predicted that they would be fine come March but that along the way there would be a lot of growing pains, and that morese than losing the talent, they lost the leadership that Reddick and Williams gave them last year. Still, it is always tough to win at Cameron. I am in your corner 100% on this one though. Good Luck.

We have a separate forum on our board specifically for would be ticket buyers or sellers. You might consider adding something similar.
Of course I will probably get ridiculed by some for this suggestion too. Let me save those of you the time:
Really HiFi, how would you know; you're always over here on our board.
or
We don't give a rat's a$$ how you do it over on your board. This is our board and we'll do it how we want to.[/quote]
For the record - I enjoy hifi's posts. Or more specifically - the panic that ensues

Would people mind not quoting hifi? It sort of takes away the pleasure of the ignore feature.

yeah but this ignore function kind of sucks, because you still have to see when he posts, which almost elicits the same degree of ire personally.
i gotta go wit boz on this one - bad mojo fo shiz.

at 2:30 pm the day before the game, just scored tickets! Section 16 Row N, seats 5&6. Chinatownfanclub and myself are heading down tomorrow morning.
Is there a general place that all of the talk boarders are planning on meeting up before the game? Wherever that place is, count us in.
I just hope that I'm not ejected from my first Cameron Indoor experience before halftime because of inciting a brawl in the stands.

Be loud and be proud!
Ebay bidding topped the $200 per-ticket range, thus ejecting this recent grad from the market.

Let us know where everyone plans on going because there are 6 of us travelling down (and one more friend travelling separate) and should be there in plenty of time to go out before the game.

I live in the Triangle Area and I will be trying to scalp tixs tomorrow, which usually (by my one experience at the GU game several years ago and by all accounts of other I have spoken with) is not that hard.
For a decent place to eat and hang before the game that's not too far from dook, I would recommend the Carolina Ale House on 15-501 in Durham (directly across from the only huge building in the area).
There are tons of other places in the general area. Baileys in Chapel Hill is good and accessible for parking. There are many cool places to go in downtown Chapel Hill, but for pregame that might be a hassle and parking stinks.
I' sure that you can locate both The Ale House and Baileys via internet searches. If you want suggestions in other areas (i.e. Raleigh, Cary, etc) please let me know. I will be on the board later this evening and tomorrow AM.
If people are serious about doing a pregame gamewatch somewhere let me know and I might be in.
GO HOYAS!

I'm so psyched about scoring tix w/ hoyasox. Nothing beats a former hoya connection at devil's place.
