UF is very athletic, based on the performance on Saturday. GU could turn that inside out. Needless to say, it will be cool to watch this matchup.

<bleep> Noah! When did he become the greatest player on the Earth? If JJ can go off for 41 points and the Hoyas still win then I am not worried about what Noah does. Because it is not about what the opponent does as much as it about what the Hoyas do on offense.

This is the former athletes kids game with Noah (Yannick), Taurean Green (Sidney-NBA), Al Horford (Tito-NBA) and our boy PE Jr. Has that ever happened before? Florida will press, that's what they do. GU has to make shots, simple as that. Everyone has to show up. Green will be on Noah and BB will take Corey Brewer. Brewer is key for them cause he's an impressive athlete, who loves to dunk. His jumper, while improved, is streaky. Wallace and Sapp did a great job today, they'll have to be just as good on friday cause Green can turn the corner with the best of them. That said, Florida has blown its 2 opponents out so far, but they're suceptible to droughts in scoring like GU. They have no answer for Roy. They have some big guys, but none match up with Roy. It's imperative that GU get off to a good start again and BB has to put some points on the board. Be aggressive and punch 'em the mouth. They are young and can be rattled. Call South Carolina.

How can anyone on here think that were not going to win? No offense EDGE because I'm sure that your being a realist and that's your opinion but when it comes to the Hoyas, I'm thinking that were going to win every game. On a side not, and I'm not sure that this has been mentioned or not, but does anyone else notice that when one of our guys are on the ground, they wont take help from an opposing player to get up. It has been mostly Jeff. I wonder if he's trying to put a little intimidation on people.

Florida's good, but Doyel's article is right on. We can play with and beat anyone. Will we? Maybe, maybe not. But Florida isn't so good that if they play well, we're done. If we play well, we're there with any team. Which is why we were a lot of people's sleeper pick.
Gottlieb may be annoying, but he really pointed out something has has been a recent development for us -- dominating the boards. We crushed OSU on the boards, and that's really rare for a Princeton-style team.

never sed that noah was god- i was looking at the bigger picture if noah plays good that means they are gonna be having the pain inside and the way we win games is down low...

Has Roy ever looked so good? If BB doesn't miss some of those early drives to the whole & lay-ups, we blow OSU out even earlier. Ashanti was on fire and in true form, someone always steps up. We are going to need Brandon and I feel like we are finding our stride at the right time. I am thinking GU by 7.

I guess he's writing about what we have been saying all along. Consistency is the key.

BTW, did anyone else notice that BB is not mentioned at all?
We need BB to play a solid game and contribute points-wise against FU. We need him for the matchups. They're tall and athletic, and BB is that and more.

BB's due, same with Wallace... we'll need them focused and in there to beat Florida, much like Duke.

we need cook to take charge and continue to make tough shots...for ashanti its not or never and he is showing us that he fully understands that at the moment...if we get bowman to understand the same "now or never" attitude we are going to be very, very tough to beat
good luck to the other teams in minneapolis...i think you are going to need it

BB was an important part of what we did defensively yesterday. Our length really impacted Ohio St. on their offensive sets. I know he missed a couple of chippies but as long as he plays within himself and with the effort he is showing, I am happy with BB.

There was no need for him to fill the scoring stats yesterday and he did not try to force it to do so.
