after you're done downloading, the program will automatically start seeding for other downloaders. all you need to do is keep the program open and the torrent file active. the status will say "seeding" and show how many people are connected and at what speed you're uploading. sorry for all the jargon but everyone must have this. who wouldn't want to relive this game over and over and over... i'm still in shock after watching the first half about 10 times this evening. hoya saxa!

Alright, I may have figured this 21st century techno jive out (or my computer may be about to explode). Someone check this link and tell me if it's working: www.mininova.org/tor/242153

It works. I'm seeding Part 1 now, and watching the game. This may be the best relived memory of my life.

OK, how do I get this to work? I've got the Torrent application open, and I clicked the link provided above. Do I need to do anything else?
EDIT: I've opened the file in Torrent. The DL doesn't seem to be moving, though. It says 0 seeds, does that mean no one is there to upload?

It looks like I'm seeding, but it's running slow (25kB/s). Currently uploaded ~7MB, only 910 MB more to go!
Okay boys, I'm going to bed. I'll leave everything running overnight.

any chance you guys can post a step-by-step how-to for us "old people" who were in college during Napster's heyday?

HA. it's pretty straight forward. if you don't already have it, you need a torrent program. go to www.bittorrent.com to get it. install. then click on the links provided here. after downloading the game .torrent files, the torrent program should begin downloading the video file. if not, double-click on the .torrent file (wherever you've saved it) to get it started and click play/start if it doesn't say "downloading." then all you have to do is sit back and wait. As more people join in, it should take less time to finish. and then we can all relive this epic win all week after we stomp the bulls and wait for our big east bye! n.b. looks like the second part is down for now. if i can get CO to send me a copy at some point, i'll make sure it stays up.

I would be interested in this since I live overseas and would have trouble obtaining a copy of the game through other means.
Thanks a lot for taking this initiative!

Sorry guys, forgot to check my firewall settings before going to bed. Got it back up and running this morning, should run the rest of the way (about 200MB up so far). BitTorrent info: I got the Azureus BitTorrent client, after looking at the Wikipedia comparison of BitTorrent software chart. Instructions are for Azureus: 1. Download the client software. Install the software. 2. When you open the client for the first time, a configuration wizard will walk you through the steps. I chose intermediate user, which allows me to upload torrents as well as download. 3. Once the program is running, click on File->Open Torrents to get a dialog box called Open Torrent(s) 4. Click on the Add URL button, paste one of the urls for which file you want: 1st half - www.mininova.org/get/2420112nd half - www.mininova.org/get/2421535. In "Location to be saved" enter the location on your hard drive you'd like it to be saved 6. Click the OK button and you should be rolling 7. Very important! Make sure your firewall will allow the client to run (mine block it when the screensaver activated last night). (Experienced users, please check for errors, I've only been doing this for a few hours!)

Can you go to the links in a browser? If so, just save the torrent file, then put that file in the "Add file" dialog, instead of adding a URL. Better yet, let your browser use your BitTorrent client to open the file.
If that doesn't work, you've either configured the client incorrectly, or your having firewall issues.
That process just worked for me for the 1st half link.

CO... I think your seed is down. Please reload it, or whatever it is you do so I can finish it (91% done!).
