Anybody with even a passing familiarity with the substance of the Mueller Report already knew that Trump and his cronies colluded with Russia. Manafort went to jail for his role in the collusion. The only “hoax” about Trump’s collusion with Russia was Barr’s BS response to the report, and the widespread Republican belief, based on the continual lies from Trump himself and his sycophants, that there indeed was no collusion.

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy! Just arrest the demented Rudy. Rudy Giuliani still hasn’t been served his Arizona indictment Giuliani could face a more painful process if he does not appear for his initial court appearance in Maricopa County Superior Court, said Paul Charlton, a former U.S. attorney appointed by President George W. Bush. “You can think of a summons to appear as a courtesy by the prosecutors — it is an invitation to appear,” Charlton said. “You can be held in contempt if you are served and fail to appear. But the alternative for prosecutors is to issue an arrest warrant, and that is, of course, a much more compelling vehicle.” www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2024/05/14/rudy-giuliani-arizona-charges/

The Mueller Report was an utter failure, because Mueller decided to interpret "longstanding DOJ guidance is that you can't indict a sitting president" to mean that he couldn't state as a conclusion that a sitting president had committed an indictable offense. That left Barr and the sycophants enough gray area to do what they did. If the report had instead said, in a simple declarative sentence, that "the conclusion of this investigation is that Trump committed XYZ crimes" and deferred to DOJ on whether to adhere to the guidance, it would have been much more effective in educating the public.

Couldn’t agree more. I think the report was actually worse than just a simple failure, which it clearly was; the additional disservice it provided was pouring fuel on the “deep state out to get Trump” fire that was central and foundational to so many of his lies. Even now we see it rearing its ugly head during all of his justifiable prosecutions.

Mueller was scared of Trump. He played hot potato.

Instead of red ties, the cultists should have worn red noses because they are clowns.

Grifter's defense ends with a whimper. Costello trying to play tough guy mob lawyer did no favors for an effective defense. Of course, CHARLIE SILO Grifter didn't testify as he broadly proclaimed. Loser. All the documentary evidence remains unrebutted. Costello back on the stand, may be last witness in Trump’s hush money trial www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/05/21/trump-hush-money-trial-live-updates/
