Needless to say Walton would be a very nice pull for the staff...
3. If you need a freshman next year to come in and knock down shots, what available senior are you focused on?
Bossi: In my mind, Kerwin Walton is the best shooter left on the board. I know there are higher ranked guys available, but Walton is a big-time jump shooter. Not only can the 6-foot-5 wing from Minnesota really shoot it, but he is a crafty defender who has some toughness to him.
Walton saw Arizona and North Carolina officially during the fall and both were in to see him in the last week. Recently, he’s made a couple of trips to Minnesota for unofficial visits and Arkansas and Oklahoma have been in. If I had to handicap it, I’d give Arizona the lead but Walton isn’t giving out many hints just yet.

Stroke is pure...has really nice footwork and his size is a plus!!

I wholeheartedly agree...but does anyone know of our realistic chances...appears we may not be the first to the party...any info suggesting that he may have interest in Georgetown, possible visit, etc...I also love the kid Reeves from Ga...same questions...we're showing interest in some very attractive players, but as always...gotta land the fish...

Does he remind anyone of Kenny Williams who we were involved with but ended up at UNC? Very good shooter, good size, but maybe not an elite athlete. Just watching a few mins of highlights that’s who came to mind for me...

He's got some pretty well established suitors. I know Pat made a visit, but I don't think this one's very realistic.
