Big hit to SHU and the BE. Hope it’s minor and he’s back by MSU on Thursday.

They may lose some games before he returns, but I expect them to be a better team for it in March.

They definitely could be but depending on the type of ankle injury Powell has, it could hurt his overall conditioning with a prolonged injury. If that was the case, he probably won't be able to get back to the type of condition he is in right now which would effect his overall impact. But definitely a chance for Cale & Mamu to really step up.

Catchy headline, but absolutely zero insight into the headline's question in the article...

Myles injury is bad for the BE. They are going to lose some OOC games they shouldn’t which is going to make them seem worse than they are from a metrics standpoint. The committee will likely factor it in for them, but they will not factor it in for the rest of the BE teams that play them.

Moore has played very well so far...
Looking forward to seeing the DePaul game tonight, if they can beat a middle of the pack Big Ten team on the road that will say a lot about the potential depth of the BE this season...

DePaul is off to a very nice start, they're up 29-11 after the 1st 10 minutes...

Heron's shot looked really good leaving his hands and he shot with confidence. Figueroa looks to be playing better without Ponds dominating the ball....

Good win for Depaul against Iowa. Probably a mix of an improving Depaul and a floundering Iowa.

More athletic and much deeper than in past years. They shot the lights out last night and I doubt they can continue to shoot like that all year, but they were good last night.

DePaul won’t shoot that 61% consistently but they won’t have to be in a lot of games... As others have stated Big East play will be highly competitive all year...
