Nicolet vs 5-star Patrick Baldwin. Nicolet was down 8 at the half. Baldwin had 18. Then they switched Sibley to Baldwin and he held him to 3 second-half points. Nicolet won by 8. Really liked what I saw from Sibley in this game. Very good and a team player.

I like the aggressiveness, but over who? What's your lineup? My opinion, best case scenario February (or what would be the equivalent of February etc. ) and that's being aggressively optimistic.

Since every player needs an NBA player comparison, here you go. I don’t remember Stacy Augmon taking jump shots and there are none in the highlight reel, but he was a 72.8% career FT shooter. ballislife.com/stacey-augmon-the-plastic-man/

If he could provide 75% of that, we got a gem on our hands!

I see a young Paul George without the dribble and defensive prowess. Fresno State Paul George had a similar build and same form on the jump shot.

My starting lineup is: 1) J. Harris 2) Blair 3) Sibley 4) Pickett 5) Wahab Next 4 imo are 6) Bile, 7) Ighoefe, 8) Carey, 9) D. Harris. Clark, Wilson, Holloway and Berger will bring up the rear, will play as needed or earned. I believe Sibley is the most ready physically of the freshmen and his '4*' designation is legit.

Put me solidly in the camp that Sibley will be great but not his freshman year camp. If anything I would expect him to closely follow Pickett's trajectory as a player, perhaps with a slightly higher ceiling/ quicker development schedule. For this year, I think the order ends up 1. Harris 2. Carey 3. Blair 4. Pickett 5. Wahab. With Igohoefe giving us fifteen mins a game, Dante getting the back up point minutes, and Bile/Sibley coming in for Blair/Pickett. Might be tough to keep Kobe Clark off the floor too.

I like Sibley too, but I think he starts the year coming off the bench - Carey or Bile being the 5th starter.
Hopefully he plays well enough to earn that spot before the end of the year.

Might be tough to keep Kobe Clark off the floor too. Our 1st 9 are the same, Carey provides more experience and ball handling and coach Ewing has utilized 3 guard lineups. I believe Sibley trajectory starts a few floors above Pickett's starting point and the starting 5 could be determined by opponent or more importantly the 5 that finishes.

I saw this video a little bit ago, that is some SERIOUS talent in Wisconsin. That kid Foster looks to be the truth.
