Any updates on when Sibley will commit? It sounded like he was getting closer to an announcement, but things have gotten pretty quiet over the last few weeks.

He seems to fit the mold of a Pickett replacement - roughly the same length, athleticism, skill set.

The kid isn't wrong in his current assessment. That being said, a winning Hoyas team will attract and even surpass those other schools game day environment. When the hoyas are winning, the environment is a lot of fun. We just need to get back to the winning part.

Would be a good Thanksgiving. Would be great to get another commitment in the recruiting fight to keep momentum. Things seemed to be hot and heavy with a bunch of recruits but it seems to have really cooled down over the last few weeks. I realize the staff works quietly, and I am sure they are busy now preparing fore the season to start, but it seemed like they were very involved with a bunch of recruits and some of those players have either gone elsewhere or have gotten really quiet. Any more word on the PG, Moore, they were recruiting and were trying to get an official visit set up? Would like to know how they are doing on finding another PG for next season now that Davis decided on UNC.

Another crystal ball. That is 4 out of 5. Hoyas look to be in pole position. Come to the hilltop young man!

Another crystal ball. That is 4 out of 5. We'd be flush with big men, but Sibley would be a good solid addition to the 2020 class. I hope it works out.

Is Jamari Sibley still on Iowa’s radar even though they got the Murray twins? — @cjnascar6767
From what I've heard, from one source in particular, it sounds like Iowa is no longer in on Milwaukee four-star forward Jamari Sibley.
And, if that's true, it would make sense. Sibley is a 4/3 blend — a nimble power forward who will also play more on the wing as his 3-point shot develops. Meanwhile, the Murray twins are wings who have the size and length to be stretch 4s in certain lineups, too.
There's probably too much position overlap there.

Sibley would top off a strong class. Fingers crossed. The description of him above sounds great!

Jamari Sibley | 6’8” | Oak Hill Academy 2020
Sibley is one of a number of big names coming into Oak Hill this year, and his mix of length and athleticism is something that should make him a possible NBA player in the future. At 6’8” he’s able to play all over the court and guard almost every position, he’s a big time athlete that can finish above the rim and protect the rim as well and he possesses a solid skill set to go along with it. He’s ranked nationally by every recruiting service and should be able to pick from almost any school he wants t

Getting either of them would be a great addition to the recruiting class. It sounded like Sibley was going to decide fairly soon and make an announcement, and that the Hoyas looked to be in a really great spot for him. Should we be concerned if this decision keeps getting extended?
