Quick look at videos reminds me of Brandon Bowman. More good Bobo or bad Bobo?

Bowman is not a bad call. The kid is a blend of several guys...including a little Otto. He’s got a bit of Jamarko in his game in that he’s smooth, but that’s where the comparison ends in my eyes. Sibley looks much more comfortable down low and quite a bit more bouncy.

And with regard to the scholly situation....Leblanc will test the waters and Omer will likely be gone. There will be plenty of immediate playing time for Sibley.

I love Josh as much as the next fan, but I don't see him as a two & done. If he plays as such this year, and Omer (and I believe he will be as good as Jessie from 3, but with less usage) plays as a draftable prospect, then we're going to the F8 at least.

He may be third team all-Big East Thursday and suddenly he's an early entry candidate? The fan base has got to dial back this idea that we've got seven NBA players on the roster.

Josh needs more offensive polish to make the leap. Needs more time in college.

Well, Leblanc is the best NBA prospect on the roster, so while I agree with the general sentiment, I disagree that it is crazy for Josh to possibly test the waters after this year. There are only so many guys who move like Dennis Rodman out there. He is an elite athlete who can defend and rebound, and the scoring ought to continue to come along with time.

I think Josh probably leaves after his junior year. Under that scenario we would be losing Pickett, Alexander and Josh. Gardner will probably develop his skills so that he will be more of a 2/3. That leaves Williams and maybe Wilson, if he can develop into a 4. Definitely room for Sibley.

As stated elsewhere, Sibley seems to complement Terence Williams' skill set at forward very nicely. I can see them playing off one another at the 3/4 very effectively. I love this pick-up if it comes to pass. It could be a home run if both Sibley and Williams prove to be solid 3-point shooters at the college level.

Why should we be different from any other fan base??!! Unfortunately dozens of players leave early every year who have no shot at an NBA roster. One or two productive college seasons plus some athleticism plus bad advice is all it takes.

Omer is definitely gone unless he gets hurt. He was draftable the year he left NC st. it just was late 2nd.

Omer will be gone...period. I said that Leblanc would test the waters (not that he will leave) and you can bet on that.

Howard and Powell came back and they dominated. Let’s land Sibley and RJ and call it a day.

Let's at least start playing first before we start talking about who's gone. Quite frankly, with the global nature of the draft these days, if you want to be drafted, you better know what you know.
