I love the Penn Relays so much. It would be really great for the program to bring home a wheel this year. Let's go Hoyas!

The first event of the relays was the women's 400H. Bryann Sandy was 48th in a time of 67.11. I wonder if she fell.

Disappointing the women didn't run a 4x1500m. Only four teams finished, with Villanova winning pretty easily in 17:39.26. Indiana, Vanderbilt, and Wisconsin were the other finishers; Penn State DNF.
Meet is currently under a rain delay, two events before the men's COA DMR.

Meet is currently under a rain delay, two events before the men's COA DMR. And it doesn't look as if the women are entered in the COA 4x800m. They certainly have enough 800m runners on the roster. And yes pretty bad weather with thunderstorms and wind in the area. The warnings last until 9:15 pm EDT.

Looks like a fairly close race with slow mile times; I guess that is what you get running in a storm. Exception the anchor for Miami (Oh); looks like he ran down the Hoyas anchor. Missing splits for the Hoyas. Wisconsin has two big time All-Americans on their DMR, although neither are Americans!

We will have to wait for the 4x800 for a possible wheel.
