"Among the coaches in attendance to see Christopher were Kentucky head coach John Calipari and assistant Joel Justus, Arizona head coach Sean Miller, Georgetown head coach Patrick Ewing and assistant Louis Orr, Michigan head coach Juwan Howard and assistant Phil Martelli, USC head coach Andy Enfield and assistant Eric Mobley.
“I talked to Arizona beforehand,” said Christopher. “Georgetown told me they were on they way to see me,..."
"“The schools that are recruiting me the hardest are mainly the Pac-12 schools,” said Christopher. “Kentucky has started to reach out a whole lot more. I hear from them often. Missouri always reaches out. Georgetown calls as well. I started talking to Juwan Howard at Michigan a whole lot since he got the coaching job. He made his first offer to me, so I was grateful for that.”

Never thought this was going anywhere, at least we won't waste any more time on him.

How does Howard do it? He’s a new coach and a former NBA player. He’s magical. 😎 It was a phony IG...he just committed to Arizona St...I guess there goes your clever post...

Gotta think TW is pretty happy with these developments... at least from a playing time angle.

I think TWill is going to be a good college bball player but after watching his film again, no way he will get to the NBA.

WOW, things really do change quickly these days. I think Michigan really felt like Christopher was going to commit to them, so I am sure that hurt, but having Todd decide to skip college altogether, turns what would have been a very highly rated freshman class into a scramble to fill some holes. Coach Howard has shown the ability to get some highly rated recruits but you also see some questions about what is going on with the program. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Have to bump this. When are we all going to accept that this is the state of college basketball? What are there like 500 something transfers this year? The average has got to be like almost 1.5-2 for each Div 1 school. I think the idea that “somethings up” or the “coach needs to be looked at” because kids are transferring is an overstated idea. It’s a free for all right now. It won’t get any better. I think we need to accept it for what it is and try not to read too much into it.

It’s college basketball free agency. My question is, do the transfers have to pay back the initial or previous year buy money?

Especially on strong-posterior offers?
