His for-profit golf course there posted promotional videos of him teeing off and his helicopter’s arrival. Trump also discussed his resort with Ireland’s minister for trade, employment and business upon his arrival at Shannon Airport, where he met Ireland’s prime minister. That 65-minute meeting was conducted at an airport lounge near the food court and the duty-free shopping because Trump did not want to travel to the nation’s capital, Dublin. It was the entirety of Trump’s official business in Ireland.
Trump's not looking like much of an outlier unfortunately. The only difference is that Trump uses his office for personal gain while the Republicans like Mitch use it to repay their donors.

What do Republicans stand for other than winning at all costs? While I want individual 1 out of office as soon as possible, McConell is the real problem....

One more time...
"Chao’s designation of Inman as a special intermediary for Kentucky — a privilege other states did not enjoy — gave a special advantage to projects favored by her husband, which could in turn benefit his political interests."
So Elaine Chao, Transportation Secretary, married to Mitch McConnell, hires her husband's former campaign aide to be her own staffer and then designates him specifically to help pave the way for Transportation-funded projects in McConnell's state as he runs for reelection.
What it feels like to have no shame...

GOP and Trump Regime --leading candidates for the most corrupt party and "administration", respectively, in American history. Who else can measure up to this level of corruption???

What it feels like to have no shame... Drumpf's presidency has always been a con and heist of epic proportions. Only real legislation passed, a Tax heist that gave billions of dollars to the 1%, that senator Jelly Fish Graham and other republicans said they had to pass or their donors would stop writing checks. Every action that this crime conglomerate called an administration/Republican party has taken has money tied to the end goal. This is what government for sale looks like...

Epitomizes the morally bankrupt Republican Party -- the party that believes in nothing. When Michael Barbaro of the New York Times commented on Twitter, “Very strange, for those of [us] who covered 2016 campaign, to see Sen Marco Rubio smiling and chuckling in this audience,” Rubio shot back: “As opposed to smiling & chuckling at a rally for a radical liberal candidate for President who will undo policies to confront China, reduce regulations & taxes, defend liberty in Venezuela & protect the unborn?” But do you know what a Democratic president probably wouldn’t do? A Democrat wouldn’t obstruct justice, ignore congressional subpoenas, break campaign finance laws, malign the FBI or invite foreign interference in our elections. A Democrat wouldn’t engage in racism or xenophobia to win votes. A Democrat wouldn’t vilify immigrants and lock children in cages. A Democrat wouldn’t call the media the “enemy of the people” and accuse the opposition of treason. A Democrat would not lie incessantly. A Democrat would not trash America’s allies — or kowtow to dictators such as North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, Russia’s Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/06/20/marco-rubios-humiliating-transformation-into-trump-fan-boy-is-complete/?utm_term=.16d811f93791

Aren't all of the things that the Dems wouldn't do really, truly good things? MAGA. Can't have the radical Dems destroying the country as we know it. I also note that "not only ignore climate change, but act to make matters much worse" didn't make the list. Just an oversight, I guess.

She has 2 of Trump's lawyers and a DOJ representative, who supposedly solely represents Hicks, saying she doesn't have to answer any question pertaining to Trump based on "absolute immunity" afforded by some unstated precedent. White House and DOJ lawyers blocked her from answering questions 155 times reut.rs/2Y1rMiv

The judge in the MANAFORT case just unsealed 56 pages(!) of what appear to be regular text messages between @seanhannity & Paul Manafort from 7/2017 through 6/2018.
On April 17, 2018, Paul Manafort told Sean Hannity via text that the search of his home was a "no-knock search." That turned out to be false, but it suggests that this false rumor was likely started by Manafort or his representatives.
It seems like Hannity's reporting hasn't exactly been on the level but at lease Manafort had a "legit" news organization to launder his b.s. through...

The biggest Duncan Hunter scandal is still, honestly, how overtly racist and bigoted his 2018 campaign was... He had a Muslim opponent and he told everyone who would listen dude was a member of the Taliban. It was disgusting, but on brand...

Serious question: does Hunter's racism and mismanagement/fraud make him a stronger or weaker Republican candidate? The fact that this is, in reality, a difficult question to answer says a lot about where we are right now.
