He shot 39.5% from three in the EYBL. If you're looking to poke holes, his outside shooting is his strength, not a weakness.
The great things here :
- we'll know in a week because classes start on the 10th - Syracuse seemed like a destination but he probably won't be able to transfer in-conference because he'd need a waiver - his final list was Duke, UMD, Syracuse, Indiana, Villanova, USC, and Louisville. Knock out the first three in the list and the last one, and we've got a decent shot here.

Pebblebrook Vs. Wheeler FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS! Collin Sexton, Jordan Tucker (24 yellow), Darrius Perry, Etc.
Kid knows how to put the ball in the basket.

Want! We need to constantly upgrade talent levels in order to compete nationally. I am not a fan of one year rentals. This kid will be around for four years and can create his own offense. We just built a top-notch practice facility and hired Pat from the NBA, we can't worry about hurt feelings over playing time. This is big time basketball.

I don't get why we keep looking to fix the middle and not the ends! We have Kaleb, Pickett, Walker, LeBlanc, and Grayson next year WE NEED ANOTHER TRUE PG AND A CENTER! I'm with you. PG and Center need to be the recruiting priority.

Agree. Pat should be able to attract a big and our style of play should be enticing to a point guard. I also feel that our SGs and SFs (Blair, Mosely, Pickett, Johnson) need to tighten up their handles.

We definitely need a few more true point guard types on the roster. If McClung is one, that means we have one on the team for next year. I would like to see one or two more. Never seen this kid play but if he is willing to work for minutes I'ld be glad to upgrade the talent overall.

Before we get all carried away, unlike a Pryor, who was a four year veteran, this guy is a freshman.

I am a little surprised there are not more mid year transfers. I would have expected a dozen or so players who are not seeing the playing time they expected looking for a different opportunity. Would have been great to find a PG, who got recruited over or is not hitting it off with his current coach become available, but I have not heard of anyone that fits that bill being available. Georgetown has to be an attractive spot to a pure point guard looking for minutes.

My opinion is if you can't get a PG, find a way to Edited off a Cuse fan... Kid is good and would be a very nice add. We still have space to add another guard and a center, so don't get the issue tbh...

Seems quiet so far. I assume things need to move quickly, so may be to our advantage if we have interest. We have minutes to offer and some young talent to play alongside.

Also, a Tucker-McClung backcourt pairing could be nasty a couple years out. We may actually compete in the Big East. 😉

I don't think anyone ia arguing that another ball handler and a center are a not a bigger priority but this kid is a no-brainer and you use the other 2 schollies to fill those needs. Kaleb is gone after next year and although im personally high on the future of Blair, Pickett, and LeBlanc...Nothing is a sure thing. Having talented depth at the 2/3 would be ideal. It's a good problem to have.

Tucker has a smooth stroke and is able to create space for himself. I like Blair, but don't see him as a starter. Pickett can shoot it, but needs to have space. Plenty of minutes to go around.

Blair, I dont see as anything but a 6th man scorer who you put in and he is rolling, you feed him, if not get him off the floor on a good team. He has such an unorthodox game he is hard to guard but you have seen especially these last 2 games, his handle is crap and he tends to travel under heavy duress. That said his variety of scoring the ball has a lot of value.

That said his variety of scoring the ball has a lot of value. As i would think you would agree there are different levels of freshmen at the time of their first real action. Blair is a very talented scorer like many young players he need further development. Be it poise with the ball in a non-shooting situation along with dribbling development. Advancements in those areas could make him a possible future starter. Whether or not those are made is up to him. He has the mentality to be poised in those situations but he has to learn how to get to that point. That is self development.
