Seems like a good move for them.
KenPom:
4. Wichita
11. Cincinnati
24. SMU
It's always amazed me that some little school in Nowhere, Kansas could become a quasi-national power.

It's always amazed me that some little school in Nowhere, Kansas could become a quasi-national power. Wichita State has 15,000 students in the 50th largest city in the US (389,902), or twice the size of Syracuse, NY.

Helps to have donors that want you to be that quasi-national power and have all the money in the world to throw at it.

AAC will perennially be a two team league and peak with three in a great year. In a year or so, you can scratch SMU off that list for the foreseeable future. The bottom third of that that league will year in and year out be a dumpster fire.

This is a solid group (usually) UConn Memphis Wichita Cincinnati Then you've got some not-so-bad teams like Temple UCF Houston Tulsa

Enough AAC Talk from me. This low level conference is not worth the time.

Those are just some really bad academic schools. Well, they're not calling themselves the "American Academic Conference."

Since this doesn't involve the Hoyas, or even the Big East, shouldn't it be on the "Pro and College" board instead of here?
