Men have done well this year but the women have taken a big step backwards in the past yr-women also just lost one of their better runners Audrey Belf-transfer to Michigan. Seems like we never did any real search after Smith left. I guess easier and cheaper to promote from within, which might be the right move. Hard today one way or the other given mixed performances this yr.
