"Jumpshot" Johnny Juzang has to be among the best shooters at camp, regardless of class. His shot preparation, footwork once he catches, release, touch and anything else that go along with a shot are practiced, consistent and fundamentally sound. He's also a strong kid who is getting better off the dribble and really learning to use his size and strength. Juzang will jump into the official visit process next week with a trip to Virginia. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/usa-basketball-eric-bossi-s-sunday-scouting-notesNo mention of the Hoyas. "Kentucky, UCLA, USC and Virginia sit among the group that are heavily in the mix for Juzang, while Kansas and Marquette have continued to keep tabs."

No, Kentucky has yet to jump in the recruitment of top-40 junior Dalen Terry, but Memphis has. The Tigers jumped in with an offer on Monday evening as I wouldn’t be surprised to see Terry become a top target of theirs within the 2020 class. Meanwhile, Terry has not been short on college offers or priority attention. This past weekend, he completed his second official visit as he was on campus at California. Utah was the first to host the talented prospect and, in reaching out to Terry on Monday, he told Rivals.com that Arizona State, Georgetown and Louisville are the three others in touch with him the most often. A commitment is far from near it would seem but Terry, a tremendous playmaker and defender with added size in the backcourt, will only become that much more of a valuable, must-get recruit in the coming months as more schools will enter the race for the talented prospect. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/twitter-tuesday-jalen-johnson-anthony-edwards-syracuse-and-more

Must have missed this but looks like Coach Waheed and Coach Ewing made a trip across the border to check in with Tyrese Samuel (offer) and Alexander Moncrieffe (offer).

Must have missed this but looks like Coach Waheed and Coach Ewing made a trip across the border to check in with Tyrese Samuel (offer) and Alexander Moncrieffe (offer). For the longest time we’ve used the word upside with Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe and even went as far as saying that he could end up the top player in the class when we look back 10 years from now. Moncrieffe is supremely gifted with long physicals and elite athleticism. It’s not really debatable that there is a more athletic Canadian in 2020. He’s beginning to capitalize on his natural gifts and using them to mold a skill set as a three man. What we really like about M-A is his defensive versatility. As his body continues to pack on muscle mass, he’s going to be even more of an asset defensively. Recruitment Hot: Georgetown, Vanderbilt, Seton Hall, Tulane, Arizona St Warm: Florida northpolehoops.com/2018/10/07/2020-canadian-national-player-rankings-top-10/#V8UCXkR1ijkAt5Os.99

Hard to tell from that angle, but the one next to Stute might be Chuck Harris (Gonzaga PG, Class of 2020)
