Seemed like a great night. Thanks for posting! Not really surprised, but dismayed that the negativity can creep into a thread like this. Such a shame.

Thank you for posting the pictures link. I am glad it was a happy event for all. No one can ever question the effort and commitment these young men have to their team or the University.
I am also very happy for Bradley Hayes. The extra year is just what he needed to continue to make improvements and gain more exposure that can only help with his future endeavors. As a fan, one of the real joys last season, was watching Hayes's improvement.

I wasn't there, but after watching the videos, it seems clear that JTIII was there for the entire program involving his players, despite having to catch a plane to go out recruiting.

Thank you again to DSR and Riyan for the hard work and dedication they've given the university.
Huge Congrats to Hayes for receiving a 5th year. Hopefully he is in the gym constantly improving his game.
I know a lot are concerned that Hayes staying will hold back the development of Govan but I disagree. Jessie needs more time to learn how to QB the defense from an experienced Center...he can certainly shoulder the load offensively but I'd rather have the depth in case of injuries and risk "stunting" the development of an already highly skilled player.

Also it makes for a great training partner in practice which will lead to both of them improving especially in preparation for the next level. Otherwise you have Govan just dominating Agau and mourning in practice just based on height and size.
