Not to mention, he's got the AI step-over move down. Check around the :39 mark. Isn't JT dunking the ball in that play?

Any idea on how we stand here? I can't really recall us getting any Texas bigs since Anthony Allen, and he was very different from this young fellow.

With the apparent talent we have coming in we should be all over this young man. Perfect compliment to the group assembled.

Georgetown doesn't consistently recruit TX and it shows. David Allen notwithstanding, the only high school seniors that signed with Georgetown have been Anthony Allen in 1986 and Victor Morris in 1982. (A JC signee, Bill Thomas, played in Dallas but was signed from a Pennsylvania JC in 1974.)

6-foot-10, powerfully built post player, Tshisumpa is tough, physical and not afraid to throw his body around in the paint. He plays with energy, rebounds in and out of his area and against the Texas Ice, he swatted shot after shot. Offensively, Tshisumpa lacks a go-to move, but he’s active in the paint and consistently pursuing put back opportunities.
Travis Ford, Larry Brown, Scott Drew, Trent Johnson and Shaka Smart were among the head coaches watching him. Arizona State, Georgetown, Kansas, Alabama, Auburn, TCU are among the other schools involved in his recruitment.

We have to get this kid on campus during the season. He would definitely fill a role as a rim protector. The kid challenges every shot without committing a bunch of silly fouls......Game changer!

Committed to Arizona State, per Dick "Hoops" Weiss.
