Will Steve Kerr echo Phil Jackson and start a dynasty of his own? After only one year he has gained respect from his players, his assistants and fans. He seems so open minded, leaves his ego at he door and recently took advice from his assistants in game #4 of the finals by changing the starting lineup. A brilliant momentum changer, tying the series. Whether Golden State wins the Finals or not, Kerr has established himself as a premier coach!

Kerr has definitely established himself as a premier coach because Golden State was dominant in a loaded Western Conference this year and are on the verge of winning an NBA title. I don't think they can be a dynasty only because the Western Conference is so loaded. It's going to be VERY hard for any Western Conference team to make it to the NBA Finals more than 2 years in a row. Golden State could have this exact same team next year, and win 59 games instead of 67, drop to a 2 or 3 seed and lose to a formidable team 6 or 7 seed like Dallas, Portland, Memphis or even San Antonio in the first round!! San Antonio probably had one of their better teams this year during this Tim Duncan/Popovich era, but they happened to run into a very good Clippers team in the 1st round and lost in a highly competitive 7-game series. I believe San Antonio would've won the title again this year, if they beat the Clippers in the 1st round. That's how deep the West is. It's not like the Eastern Conference in which 2 out of your 3 series will be against the JV!!

No disrespect to Steph Curry, but I posted at the end of the regular season that Steve Kerr is the Warriors' MVP, and I stand by that. He's done a great job this year.
