Jones doesn't add a ball handler or a decision maker so I don't see how he replaces the two guards we're losing. I would rather see Blair get those minutes...

Senior Govan deserves a good/great available grad player who provides scoring, good handles and good decision-making. This scholarship should go to someone who gives Govan and his team to go to the tournament.

Yeah Govan and Derrickson with a High level PG could do some damage but going to be tough to find that player...

I would take Jones if he wants to be here.

There must be another Magic Johnson lying in the weeds somewhere who would just love to come to Georgetown...

Could be a post grad out ther, but I'd rather see a young man come in here and run the show. He doesn't have to have any stars, just someone fully capable, a good listener, and ready to go. There must a player like that that qualifies for Georgetown. Why does Markquis Norvell not qualify? What is he lacking?

The problem is that while it is often mentioned, the graduate transfer market simply isn’t that good overall. You get a handful of good to really good guys, and then there’s a sharp decrease in talent. We got one of those good to really good guys in Rodney Pryor but most of the guys who are available each year are nowhere near that level. Of course, we should go after anybody good who becomes available - we just can’t count on it given the small talent pool and the high demand from other programs too (who will likely be better situated to recruit them).

Should have two years of eligibility left.
Not a fit for Georgetown but maybe St. John's or some other BIG EAST program might get involved...
