hope he follows the route that Jared Sullinger took - a highly touted younger brother following his brother into the same college ... but this will be an uphill battle for hoyas - duke/kentucky/kansas will be all over this kid, and the younger brothers, especially if they are high profiled, do not necessarily follow their older brothers - wiggins/rivers etc.

Ok Isaac, LJ. Your minutes are slashed in half. We feel giving this freshman Johnson as PT as he wants is in our best interests. What's that you say Johnson? You only want to shoot threes from half? Done. How'sitrkw bro like these new changes??

They would be graduated by the time he was here. The upcoming freshman class (Johnson, Derrickson, Govan) would be seniors.

The Keys:
1)Start winning the majority of important nationally-televised games again especially during the periods of the season that matter most 2)Keep increasing tempo, scoring output 3)New practice facility 4)A couple of more examples of Hoyas being drafted into the NBA 5)The development of Kaleb and how much he enjoys his stay at Georgetown 6)Via Kaleb get Keldon on campus to work out with the team as much as possible (to get comfortable with the guys and the program); especially do this when new practice facility becomes open for business 7)Remaining one of the top three teams in the BE (and thus likely ranked) from now and up to the time in which Kaleb makes his decision 8)Really, REALLY play up the Iverson connection/history 9)Point out how GTown is not too far away to keep family from seeing games in person multiple times during a season 10)Prayer.....hey, it can't hurt

I was trying to think of situations where one brother went to another school when having the chance to play together. The only one I could think of recently is Alex Murphy going to Duke when his brother was at Florida. Which is funny because he transferred to Florida.

Keldon sounds like a really bright, focused kid. Regardless of where he goes to college, it's nice to hear that he and his brother are so close and that Kaleb has set such a good example for his little brother. It makes me more excited to have Kaleb as a Hoya.

Once he gets more physically mature it's a wrap, the reports of him being "wired" to score are dead on..

This weekend we caught up with Johnson and spoke about his recruitment. Since his performance at the Virginia Top 80, Johnson has picked up 8 Division 1 offers, “East Carolina, NC State, Georgetown, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, Penn St, and Cincinnati have offered me. It is an exciting time, all this is happening, but it doesn’t surprise me.” As we mentioned before Keldon’s brother Kaleb is a rising freshman at Georgetown. When asked whether or not he will make a decision separate of his brother Keldon seemed to have some uncertainty stating, “Well I don’t know. I probably will, but…Maybe...” After seeing Johnson again at Corey Pegram’s Summer Finale, our Jamie Shaw stated, “There Are Not 20 Better Players in The 2018 Class Than 6'5 Keldon Johnson (Park View). A 5-Star.” Johnson has a smooth feel for the game, he is comfortable on the ball in the half court. The 4.0 student has a very lengthy frame and is able to score the ball at all 3-levels. As we stated after the Virginia Top 80, the sky is the limit for him. www.phenomhoopreport.com/news_article/show/544471?referrer_id=1555437

Continuos questions like this can turn a kid off real fast..
