nothing is a tune up in college basketball anymore. Gotta go for broke every year. This × 1000. It only takes one player deciding to leave early to kneecap the future plans and dreams. Or one key player landing funny during a pick-up game. Or sleeping through a flash mob final.

Probably, yes. Providence depends on whether Dunn comes back. Butler should be in the mix too. @etsportando: Kris Dunn of @pcathletics will enter the #NBA draft The link attached to this tweet did not work, but some reports that he has decided to leave, nothing confirmed though.

I expected Dunn to make the jump to the league. I think it would be unexpected for Provy to be better next year. I also can see Dunn doing well in the league if he develops his J.

Our 4 freshmen are the only returning rotation players. Gonna need huge jumps from at least 3 of them to make noise.

In November of this year, Lunardi picked us as a 9 seed. So that worked out for us.

Excellent insight by Zagoria: "Current frosh will be sophs"

Maybe. But with DSR back the main focus should be to keep the Freshman class there and develop them. DSR can be a big part of the underclassmen development. We are not in a position like Duke or Kentucky. To be excellent we have to build a team over a 2-3 year period. I would like to go for broke each year, but until we are a draw like in the mid 80s reloading is not an option. In my opinion.

Emphasis on the "way too early part" but I really do like the look of our squad for next year. Especially considering some of the teams that were positioned ahead of our Hoyas. It's going to be a REALLY long off-season but I like the mix we have for next season. If we add a guard, all the better but it's going to be a fun season. I can't wait to see what a few months of practice and working out will do for this team. I hope they're all on the DSR workout schedule. It certainly sounds like Isaac is on a similar grind.
