Should be an easy win for the Hoyas, 75 - 63.
JTIII, let the kinds play ball, take it to them.

50/50 ball game. Will be within one possession in the last minute, and excruciating to watch.

In regards to the game tonight, I have a philosophy that these games are about making your opponent uncomfortable and taking them out of their comfort zone. Force your opponent to adapt to a style that they prefer not to play with.
Vegas has the Hoyas as a 7.5 point favorite which is a good thing.
The the other trends provided by Norm Hitzges can be troubling.
ATS the last 9 games, record is 1-9...
Georgetown is 12-0 vs opponents with a below .500 record
Georgetown is 9-10 vs opponents with a .500 record or above
I have no idea who will win but I agree with daytonahoya31 and I think that this game will be a dog fight probably decided by 5pts or less either way.
The Big East is a sterling 3-0 today going into tonight's match-up.
Looking at the bracket it appears the committee put E. Washington as a tough double digit seed and then SF Austin as another double digit seed in the same bracket as Georgetown; based off of the Hoyas past performances.
I do think that there is pressure on the program to exorcise the Gorilla and the ghosts that tend to come out during this tournament.
With a win tonight the Hoyas will be taking a step to setting a different legacy, but if there is a loss then criticism will grow...
With that said I expect posters on both sides of the isle to show up tonight.
