Rhode Island's Dan Hurley looks like he is staying in Kingston; he and URI have agreed to a contract extension through the 2020-2021 season. Or maybe his price tag just went up.

ESPN reports that Tennessee and Rick Barnes are close to an agreement for Barnes to take over as the Vols' new head coach. That will keep Chris Holtmann at Butler, for the time being.

ESPN reports that Tennessee and Rick Barnes are close to an agreement for Barnes to take over as the Vols' new head coach. That will keep Chris Holtmann at Butler, for the time being. Butler has announced that it has reached agreement with Holtmann on a contract extension through the 2020-2021 season.
