6 DMV guys in the top 75, according to Rivals: "It is also a good year in the DMV. The area in and around Baltimore and Washington, D.C. has already placed six players on the list. Baltimore player of the year Immanuel Quickley is the highest ranked for now at No. 22. The point guard already holds offers from Cincinnati, Southern California and Washington among others. Keep an eye on powerful shooting guard Kiyon Boyd at No. 26. He's helped lead his Washington (D.C.) H.D. Woodson squad to a 32-0 record and has come on strong over the past few months." basketballrecruiting.n.rivals.com/news/inside-the-new-2018-rankings

What's the deal with Immanuel Quickley, have the coaches reached out to him yet? Even if he isn't a Hoyas fit.

The No. 19 player in the class of 2018, 6-foot-5 combo guard Elijah Weaver of Oldsmar (Fla.) Christian, is likely to emerge as a breakout star this spring. Obviously given his lofty ranking he's not exactly an unknown as it is. Already holding offers from Nebraska, Louisville, Florida, Florida International and USF, things are continuing to pick up for Weaver. The bouncy and tough guard's high school coach, Jordan Fair, told Rivals.com that the interest continues to roll in. In the last week, Duke, Georgetown, Kansas and Maryland became the newest schools to check in on him. Look for Weaver to be one of the most heavily followed 2018 prospects during April's open evaluation period. basketballrecruiting.n.rivals.com/news/starting-five-final-four-picks

Little averaged 17 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three blocks a game this season. He also shot an impressive 58 percent from the floor and 51 percent clip from 3-point range. He oozes with five-star potential and figures to be a high major plus prospect. Little already holds offers from FSU, Miami, UF, and UCF. Little delved into his recruitment. “I’ve drawn recent interest from Duke, Georgetown, Kansas, Alabama, Wake Forest and Georgetown,” Little said. “I’m looking for a program that will allow me to play on the perimeter and likes to get out in transition. Also, a program that will develop my guard skills and help me become a better overall player.” Little explained what position he envisions playing at the next level and what he’s improving upon this summer. “I see myself playing at the 2 or 3 at the next level,” Little said. “I’m working on my handles this offseason.” There’s a bright future in store for this young talent. www.prephoops.com/2016/03/recruiting-report-nassir-little-2018/______ Looks like we're 2 of the 6 teams listed as showing interest....

Class of 2018 Baltimore Supreme (MD) forward Nate Roberts has had top notch performances throughout FAA camp. He has taken away a great deal from it all. “It’s been a very fun experience because of how I can just play the game of basketball and do the things I love,” said Roberts. “From a competing standpoint I just want to play against the best players around and from a social standpoint I get the chance to meet people I’ve never met before. Other than that it’s been great to get some exposure here.” He understands what he brings to every team he plays for and what he needs to improve on. “My coaches think I play the three and four well, but I would describe my game as someone that is versatile and plays inside and outside,” he said. “I can take bigger guys from the perimeter and smaller guys down low. I just need to improve my ball handling and get stronger.” His recruitment hasn’t been as active as some would expect, but he is starting to gain some big interest. “I hold two offers so far and those are from Delaware and James Madison,” said the 2018 forward. “I picked up interest from Cincinnati today and I also have received interest from Miami, NC State, Virginia, Providence and a couple more schools.” hoopgroup.com/elite-blog/elite-camp-updates/nate-roberts-is-ready-to-breakout/

What's the deal with Immanuel Quickley, have the coaches reached out to him yet? Even if he isn't a Hoyas fit. Five-star class of 2018 prospect Immanuel Quickley came in with a big reputation and he did nothing to make people think he is anything less than a high level prospect. When seeing Quickley last year the thought was he was a high level scorer who would do most of his damage off the ball, but now it is clear that was incorrect. Quickley instead is a point guard who can definitely score, but is at his best making plays. His feel for the game is off the charts, and he just knows how to make others better. Quickley was tracked closely by Xavier, Cincinnati, and Georgetown at the event. Also schools such as USC, Maryland, and Kansas were seen at his games. www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1662371-first-evaluation-period-top-performers
