I don't think Semi Ojeleye, late of Duke, is going to be considering Georgetown. According to the Kansas City Star, the Ottawa KS native has already been contacted by Kansas, Missouri and Wisconsin. He was originally recruited by those schools, along with Indiana, Oregon and Stanford. He's probably heading back to the midwest. www.kansascity.com/sports/college/article4501135.html#/tabPane=tabs-383c4c27-1

I agree. It would be nice to pick up a 5th year senior transfer who can play the 4/5, and bring toughness and physicality. Otherwise, it could be a lot of pressure on freshmen Govan and Derrickson.

Watching the IU/UNLV game the other night, I was going to post that I felt UNLV was going to have some kids leaving in particular Goodluck & Morgan. If I remember correctly the staff was involved with Goodluck but to what extent I can't remember. I wonder will they at least kick the tires and reach out to him. I know he hasn't done much at UNLV but I blame that more on Dave Rice and his just roll the ball out there player development and game planning! I think Goodluck jumped ship ahead of the inevitable Rice firing. I also think Dwayne Morgan will be leaving by the end of the year as they have already recruited over him with Derrick Jones Jr. I know we were in his final 3 along with the twerps. If Copeland/Peak leaves for the association at the end of the year, I think the staff should definitely go after Dwayne Morgan. Morgan is a DMV kid and PW will be there while Morgan sits out a year from transferring. From what I've seen watching UNLV play so far this year, Morgan is next to transfer.

11 transfers in four years for Dave Rice. That makes Rutgers look stable by comparison.

That article told a lot of truths about UNLV's program, Okonoboh poor decision making and what he needs to be looking for going forward like a coach that will hold him accountable and has a track record of player development in particular with post players. I think Providence will have a solid shot to get him if they have the scholarship available. They can tell him he can have Ben Bentil's minutes once he leaves for the association at the end of the year. I also think that JT3 and staff could point out how well Hayes has developed as a selling point and he could play good minutes behind Govan next year Since Okonoboh won't be eligible until next January.

I've never been a big fan of him but we have been missing a true shot blocker for too long now so I'd be in.

Watch a lot of MW basketball (SDSU season ticket holder). Not impressed. He's ok but have you seen the rim protection our Bigs are giving us this season? The pre game lay up line is giving more resistance... He sucks on O but at least he wants to/has some type of idea how to play D. Probably ends up at Providence tho

The problem is, right now we have poor perimeter D and poor rim protection....and only two open scholarships...

Drake’s Kale Abrahamsson is transferring. 6-8 junior had 41 earlier this season against Western Kentucky.

To me, he's less of a need than a guard who can take minutes from Campbell. However, if Copeland declares, he'd be an interesting option. I think he'd be more useful than Agau next year.
