Kentucky's second team can probs beat this wisconsin team 8 out of 10 times... Silly. Kentucky's first team would beat UW 8, maybe 9 out of ten. Kentucky's second team? Maybe once. Kentucky doesn't beat Wisky 8 out of 10 times.

Kentucky's first team beating UW 8,9 out of 10 is a serious reach as well. 50-50 at best. Again, senior laden, well-disciplined, talented Badger team with an HOF coach against potential young all-star talent coached by a recruiter with an AAU ball offense and defense.

IMO Best team in the Nation right here. I know Kentucky gets the hype but I think Wisky would beat them head to head right now… That frontline is something else boy, got to attack their guards and try and speed them up. Don’t concede pace to these guys, pressure their guards and try and make their bigs move their feet on D. No idea who Josh guards on D but it can’t be Kaminsky, prob the PF kid but when he’s on the court he needs to eat eat eat on O… Let’s see where we stack up vs a legit final 4 team.. Kentucky is about 20 points better than everyone but Duke. That being said, Wisky is the third best team in the country. We may not be able to keep Josh on the floor defensively. That's a real issue

The good news is that we saw a player like Kaminsky last year and shut him down (enough) in McBuckets. Not sure Hopkins will be allowed to be as physical,as he was at Verizaon, but we have the blueprint from our win over Creighton last year. Obviously, Wisconsin is a much better team (especially defensively) but so are the Hoyas

Kaminsky is a matchup nightmare for Josh, I could see the Hoyas playing a lot of zone when Josh is in the game. Would love to see Copeland get some run guarding Kaminsky and I think the Hoyas will be best suited throwing a bunch of different defenders at him (Hop, White, Cameron, Ike) for a couple minutes at a time. Wisconsin's man-to-man offense is precision at its finest, but they are great shooters so they'll be tough to zone. Hoyas are the more athletic and deep team so an up-and-down game would be to our advantage. Will be fun to watch! Copeland's too small for Kaminksy. In fact that's the main problem with Copeland getting playing time this year. He lacks strength to play power forward and his best position this year is probably small forward but he's 4th on the depth chart stuck behind Peak/Trawick/Bowen.

I don't think 50/50 - although granted I was thinking more about later in the year after Kentucky has some time to work together. Maybe 6 or 6.5 out of 10 would have been more accurate.

Kaminsky is a 7 footer with alot of old school Kevin McHale type post moves, 3pt range and ability to rebound and defend. At the college level hard to top that. McDermott was a 6-7 small forward who was a pure scorer but not really a legitimate threat in the post.

Dougie could score from ANYWHERE on the court at the college level with proficiency....Hop did a great job on him and he will probably get tasked with guarding Kaminsky as well, as he should.

McDermott preferred to shoot 3s and didn't have the post moves or size of Kaminsky. McBuckets would basically post up smaller guards or small forwards. He had trouble with taller athletic guys like Hopkins. Kaminsky has the size and post moves that at the college level make him very hard for anyone to guard in the post.

Hop should be on Kaminsky all game. Did they change the 5 fouls rule?

Hop should be on Kaminsky all game. Did they change the 5 fouls rule? He's our best defender, what would your bright strategy be?

Bril in early foul trouble is going to hurt or find one of the rookies to setup and defend Decker.
