I think the key is to get Kamimnsky in foul trouble on the offensive end with Josh Smith, LJ Peak, Trawick, Hopkins attacking him. Defensively, Hopkins and Paul White are going to have to try to contain Kaminsky without both of them fouling out. Is Kamin foul prone? Not really. Wisconsin doesn't foul much, period. They were top 5 last year in fewest fouls/game. This will be an interesting test for our frontcourt. Not sure how we deal with Kaminsky or Dekker. This will also be the most disciplined team we face all year.

I just looked at their line-up. They are huge. They look to be one of the few teams with even more size than we have.
I would be surprised if we don't see some of Bradley Hayes just to have 5 more fouls with some size.
Even though they are not foul prone, we may need Trawick, Bowen, and Peak to drive to the hole and try to cause some foul trouble.

Why would our overall ranking on KenPom fall after beating Florida? Robert Morris lost to Chattanooga by more than they lost to us; TAMUCC lost to Bradley by about the same that they lost to us. Both Chattanooga and Bradley are not good at all. Beat Wisky and it won't matter.

Paul had his breakout game yesterday, hopefully Isaac has his today.

This is a tall task. Wisky is really really good. Gasser is that defensive pest who can hit open 3s. They have all seniors and juniors except Nigel Hayes who is a load down low. My Head says we get blown out. We can NOT turn it over like last night.

Why would our overall ranking on KenPom fall after beating Florida? We went from 26 to 27 because Oklahoma passed us (27 to 22) and none of the losers dropped below us.

Updated ESPN listings have the game on the main ESPN, the Georgetown website's ESPN2 information is incorrect.

IMO Best team in the Nation right here. I know Kentucky gets the hype but I think Wisky would beat them head to head right now…
That frontline is something else boy, got to attack their guards and try and speed them up. Don’t concede pace to these guys, pressure their guards and try and make their bigs move their feet on D.
No idea who Josh guards on D but it can’t be Kaminsky, prob the PF kid but when he’s on the court he needs to eat eat eat on O…
Let’s see where we stack up vs a legit final 4 team..

Hopefully the four games this season have led to today's game and we can put it all together. Maybe we catch some good 3-point shooting today (we're due!) and who knows what can happen from there.

This is a bit of a house money game. No one will hold it against us if we lose. Just go out there and compete until the end. We are a work in progress (but there are some really nice pieces there), and playing a team this good will help down the road no matter what. House money is something about which Kenny Rice, last night's AXS broadcaster-par-nonexcellence, knows something. Remember last night's line about how the "guys in the desert" believed the Hoya/Gator game was a toss-up?

Need Reggie Cameron to let it fly without hesitating (and DSR too - when he finally started doing that in the latter stages of last night's game he was on fire).

Kaminsky is a matchup nightmare for Josh, I could see the Hoyas playing a lot of zone when Josh is in the game. Would love to see Copeland get some run guarding Kaminsky and I think the Hoyas will be best suited throwing a bunch of different defenders at him (Hop, White, Cameron, Ike) for a couple minutes at a time. Wisconsin's man-to-man offense is precision at its finest, but they are great shooters so they'll be tough to zone. Hoyas are the more athletic and deep team so an up-and-down game would be to our advantage.
Will be fun to watch!

No chance… Wisky is too good and too disciplined They lost to Kentucky by 1pt in the FF last year had a shot go in and out or they would have faced Uconn in the Chip. They return basically their whole team… 8 of 10? nah slim not Imo.
