The cover up worse than the crime scenario? Some have opined that Brady had a duty to reasonably cooperate in the investigation (no matter how flawed one may think it was). "While not spelled out in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the NFLPA will concede, we’re told, that players have a duty to “reasonably cooperate” with investigations. Ted Wells explained in persuasive fashion during his Angry Ted Wells conference call from Tuesday that more-than-reasonable concessions were made to Brady, in order to protect the privacy of the contents of his phone." profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/14/brady-had-duty-to-reasonably-cooperate-whatever-that-means/Brady must have been worried about those x rated pictures of Giselle hitting the street. Nah, Wells offered Brady's counsel the opportunity to provide the "relevant" emails, documents, etc from Brady's smartphone and other electronic devices much in the same way a request for production of documents operates in the civil discovery process in litigation.

I also read Brady did turn over his phone he used prior to November 2014. Textbook example of why a judge (or jury) can take a adverse inference when evidence is destroyed.

I was making a joke. I have no knowledge of whether Mr. Brady has x rated pictures of Mrs. Brady on his phone. Hopefully not.

NFL Upholds Tom Brady's Four-Game SuspensionRoger Goodell has upheld Tom Brady’s four-game suspension for his role in the Patriots’ illegal deflation of footballs. Yeah, right. He he just happened to have the phone in question destroyed the day he met with Ted Wells. Yeah that should cause Brady/NFLPA pause in filing litigation - don't think even a Minnesota judge will buy that explanation. Does not pass the "Smell Test". Hillary would be very proud of him for that righteous explanation!

Hillary now torn between Brady and Lois Lerner for VP slot.
As someone funny once said, you should always marry a Pats' fan. They don't care if you cheat.

Goodell's a butthole, but I'm glad he smacked the cheatahs around. Tom Brady and Robert Kraft now have an inkling of what it feels like to be poor and trapped inside our criminal justice system.

At the end of the day, Eli still beat him twice late.
That's what really hurts...

Sorry counsel, but citing Mike Lupica means you automatically lose your case

Sadly, it is most likely the hardest hit a Jet will make all season.

Geno's "Lack Of Leadership" is what got him punched.
