With zero information, I'm going with JT55 for competitiveness, Bowen for leadership, and Tyler for encouragement.

He just looks cool under pressure; the kind of guy that can come in and calm things down with his ballhandling (and hopefully a reliable outside shot) while also being disruptive on D.

I have the same impression of PW. I'll likely agree with you when Tre is a junior.

Put me down for Jabril as well. I always felt the term was incorrectly applied to Lubick, probably because there really wasn't much good to say about his game, save for his passing and work ethic I guess. He was more of a lunch pail guy than a glue guy. Jabril. Here's how I think of a glue guy. If we need a blank (rebound, drive, stop, turnover, three) no matter how that sentence ends, the glue guy is one of the five guys on the floor. Really the only two guys on the team you can clearly say that about are DSR and Jabril. DSR is our MVP so I give Jabril the glue guy.

Jabril and it is not even close. When I think of a glue guy it is a leadership position without the all-coneference type of stats or ability. Guys who command respect without asking for it and keeps everyone on the same page, with the same focus. A guy who is willing to grab a teammate by the collar or pick a teammate up and offer encouragement. A glue guy also needs to have some ability and Jabril has done everything and anything to win this season. It is not a coincidence that when Jabril plays at his best, this team wins.
