It is uncanny how often this happens.

Lots of games on ESPN all day today (and all last night) for the "Tip-off Marathon". Also currently Villanova vs Maryland Eastern Shore is on FS1. 59-22 13min left in the 2nd.

Marquette takes on Ohio state tonight. Would be a big win for the BE. Yep. With this game and the Hoyas and Butler in the battle 4 Atlantis the Big East has a chance to make the college basketball world take notice early this season. Let's hope we can deliver some wins.

I’m going to give Marquette a .5% chance of winning, hopefully they make it look respectable… Just my opinion though

C'mon, Kansas. I want you undefeated when we take you down!

This is one of the least polished Kansas teams im a while. If we bring it and the crowd shows up, I think we can exact some revenge for last year.

Florida State loses at home to Northeastern, so hopefully we can all let that ignominious loss go now.
Also: ACC! ACC! ACC!

Self will have them playing lights out by mid-January, but I think we have a huge oppty to get a big win against them. I like our chances there more than in Atlantis.

I am a little discouraged that Kansas can roll out four very long bigs coupled with enough other athletes to make it very tough on O. It will take a great shooting team who can rebound to beat them. Their shooting isn't great but it doesn't need to be. They are just blocking everything. For KU, Alexander is raw and Josh needs to get him in foul trouble. Our athletes can match Oubre & Mason. If we can lock in on Selden, I think we have a really good shot and I would love to see us play Wisconsin. A good butler/gtown showing in this tourney sets the league up well for the rest of the season and Marquette's competitive loss at OSU bodes well as they are small.

It seems as if Kentucky had a 2nd half vs Kansas that was similar to our 2nd half vs Kentucky in the NCAAs.

Oklahoma-Creighton has become really entertaining. (Creighton up 1 with 8:34 to go.) That place is always going to be a difficult place to play.
