Recognizing it is only four games into his tenure, I believe Coach Sgarlata is doing an outstanding job.
Although an improved product on the field is the ultimate measure, I think Coach understands that to be successful Georgetown you have to be a great marketer of the program. He clearly has history and passion and he is working hard to share that with the broader Georgetown football community. Things like his team logo, highlight clips, his weekly communication and support of special events are incredibly important and Coach seems to fully get that.
Wins build momentum but effective marketing and communication accelerates it.
Nice work, Coach.

He's totally fine for what he is. He's an alum who really cares about the school and the program, and that's great.
With that said, he was never really anything special as a D-Coordinator, although he looked pretty good in comparison to the hot garbage we've had for an offense the past few years.

cant wait for this year love coach kids and parents love him we will see but hard work and family will pay off imo... g hoyas
