Did a walkthrough on Friday while there for my sister's wedding this weekend - looks really nice. Still some work to do on the outdoor patio and such, and can't wait until the pub opens, which apparently will be later this fall.

Since Halloween's on a Friday this year, that place will be cooking.

The student center turned out really well. Should be an amazing space for future Hoyas. The renovation of Ryan and Mulledy may also turn out to be something truly special. I certainly would have loved to live there as a student.

I certainly would have loved to live there as a student. Indeed. It looked quite nice - albeit abandoned - when some fellow freshmen and I snuck around in there 10 years ago (oh my God, that was 10 years ago). On the other hand, I'm not sure that I would've wanted to join a Living/Learning Community to get housing there. Or, more likely, I would not have compiled the "[demonstrated] contributions to campus that honor the Georgetown tenets." Articles about a recent meeting detailing all manner of campus construction goings on here (Voice/Vox Populi) and here (Hoya). I did find the Reiss-bashing amusing:
