I know that this is a worthless thought b/c no work is going to be done on the MSF any time soon.... But, I saw this pic (attached) and started thinking that even if the seating capacity of the MSF was small, they could really make it look a lot more like a real stadium if they continued this retaining wall all the way around 3 sides of the field (Scoreboard, Home & Visitor sides) and used fill dirt from someplace like the digging of the IAC to elevate the seating by 10 - 15 feet with a permanent looking / concrete wall surrounding 3 sides of the field. It would give the whole place a mini-horseshoe feel.
Also, like I suggested last year would love to see a locker room building built into the hill right behind this end zone to house two teams during pregame and halftime.

What used to be there? Wasn't it a hill sloping up? I kind of always thought would be nice to have the hill in the endzone as an attractive and cheap outlet for a couple thousand more fans should the need arise. (Allow families to picnic there, etc.)
The fact is the area immediately surrounding the field is now so built up that the MSF would have a pretty cool atmosphere (and be loud for all the echoes) if they just put in some mediocre seating. Even newer improved and larger "temporary" chair- back bleachers would be a large upgrade. And for goodness sake build a permanent restroom facility like you would see in any city park.
