North Carolina Basketball: Roy Williams Told 5-Star Recruit Sacha Killeya-Jones He’s “Positive The NCAA Won’t Crack Down On Men’s Basketball Whether or not he ultimately chooses to play for UNC might come down to the potential penalties the men’s basketball program faces as a result of the NCAA investigation, Killeya-Jones said. “Coach Williams said he is 100 percent positive they’re not going to crack down on the men’s basketball team,” he said. Killeya-Jones is still going to wait it out, and not rush into a commitment, in case UNC is hit hard by the NCAA. “If they got a major scholarship reduction or something like that, obviously you don’t want to commit to any scholarship that might not be there,” he added. “I definitely don’t want to commit before any punishments come down, even though I’m pretty sure there won’t be anything.” collegespun.com/acc/north-carolina/north-carolina-basketball-roy-williams-told-5-star-recruit-sacha-killeya-jones-hes-positive-that-ncaa-wont-crack-down-on-mens-basketball

Roy Williams is a dirtbag. He's also, likely, correct in this case. The NCAA blows and doesn't give a rip about the "student" part of student-athletes. Just because UNC blatantly violated NCAA rules for a decade and a half, do you truly believe they'll get anything more than a slap on the wrist that doesn't involve men's BB?

Is it just me, or does he really look like his dad in that pic?? No, it's not just you. I thought the same thing. I also thought there was something different about his appearance--clean shaven or something. Also must say Hardy looks quite relaxed.

SKJ continuing to impress...from Rivals: Despite his team losing big, Sacha Killeya-Jones had a solid showing for Team Felton. The 6-foot-9 forward has great length, runs the floor well, and must have had a half-dozen dunks. Kentucky, North Carolina, Virginia and N.C. State were among the schools in attendance watching him. basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1783585

rry Meyer, Director of Basketball Scouting for 247Sports, caught up with Killeya-Jones and asked him several questions - including which schools he is hearing from most.
"The most consistent contact is from California," Killeya-Jones told Meyer in Las Vegas. "Kentucky has been contacting me a lot and been to a lot of my games."
Killeya-Jones said Kansas, Maryland, Florida, Virginia, Georgetown and North Carolina have been involved as well. Despite all the attention, he said he doesn't know what the next step will be in the recruiting process.

Watching him, DeLaurier and Diakite vs Wenyan Gabriel and Mass Rivals. Just give me one of the three. Doesn't matter which, just give me one and I'd be happy.
