Jon Horford: 6'10'' from Michigan eligible immediately Zach Price: 6'10'' center from Missouri just dismissed from Mizzou do not know if its worth the risk

My friend is a Michigan fan and feels strongly that Horford is a legitimate player, solid rebounder, and could help our team. I have no idea where he'd like to go, but Georgetown should take a look at him.

Horford could help for sure. Think he will have a lot of suitors, and hope Georgetown is one of them.

Horford in a heartbeat. He plays below the rim, and certainly isn't a center of the offense or anything, but he's efficient, rebounds, plays hard, doesn't screw up... would love to have him as a Hoya for a year.

Didn't realize Horford was a senior while watching him play this year; my how the years do fly. I think he's what we expected/hoped Moses would become: a large body under the basket to rebound and bang, while not being a complete liability on offense.

St. John's also loses Orlando Sanchez and God's Gift. Neither of them were world beaters but Sampson is a big big loss and so is their lack of depth. Sure If obekpa returns, which seems likely but is not final, they still only have 3 scholarship players over 6'5". And losing Hooper one of their 3 reliable shooters hurts as well. I don't think St. John's is automatically better next year. They should be, but they also should've been a lot better this year than they were.
