Good for Trice, I hope it works out for him.. That's actually a good fit for him based on style of play.

www.verbalcommits.com/players/jaylen-fisherESPN Analyst Updated 01/20/2015 Strengths: Fisher is a true point guard with good size and feel for the game. He does a great job of pushing the ball on the break with tremendous pace off the dribble and he also will not hesitate to advance pass. Fisher has a strong handle especially going to his right and can finish once he gets to the rim with excellent touch and body control but what makes Fisher special is his court vision and ability to deliver the ball on time and on target as he attacks the defense. He can make rhythm dribble pull up jumpers with time and space as well. Weaknesses: Fisher will need to add strength, work on attack at high speeds with his left hand and work to develop as a shooter and extend his range which will take his game to the next level. Bottom Line:Fisher is an attacking point guard with that is a great passer with excellent court vision. He will need to continue to develop as a player in other areas but his feel and instincts are excellent which make him a high major point guard with tremendous upside. Back on the market... www.scout.com/college/basketball/recruiting/story/1665164-fisher-is-back-open

Is there a chance they try to add another player to the 2016 class? Aren't they out of scholarships at this point? Just surprising they seem to still be in on some players at this point.

Even though the person who tweeted that Caleb and Cody Martin are likely heading to Georgetown, doesn't appear to be a credible source, it's interesting that he would just throw out Georgetown's name like that. Did Georgetown recruit Caleb and Cody Martin when they were in high school? Do they have any sort of connection with Georgetown? A poster pointed out that Georgetown is already stocked with wing players, but one of the twins is a very good 3-point shooter/scorer and seemed to be the only N.C.State player who was allowed shoot or score when Cat Barber was chucking up shots!! I believe the other is a pretty good rebounder and defender. In my opinion, both of them would help Georgetown a lot. Twins chose Nevada over Rutgers.

BOO WILLIAMS Boo Williams comes off an impressive 2014 campaign, making it to the Peach Jam Final Four on the back of Chris Clarke and company. DeShawn Corprew is back after a strong first season and he is our early favorite to lead Boo in scoring. They’re set at point guard, featuring sophomore stud Matt Coleman. Huntington Prep guard Curtis Jones and Oak Hill center Khadim Sy are two huge additions that will play major minutes in Boo’s rotation. They are deep, have three big men over 6-foot-10 and they defend as well as anyone. Keep an eye on sophomore Dajour Dickens (6-foot-11) and juniors Robert Smith Lewis Freeman, who all figure to big parts of the rotation. We like the makeup of this team, and a repeat of last year – or better - isn’t out of the question. www.d1circuit.com/news_article/show/501347?referrer_id=790853 Matt Coleman has the rare ability for a high school point guard to play really fast while staying under control. He made all the right decisions with the ball against Nike South Beach in a Sunday afternoon win, and scored as needed too. Dajour Dickens, a 7-foot center, looks like a very intriguing prospect for Boo Williams. He’s a talented rim protector, rebounds well, and caught and finished everything that came his way in the paint. basketballrecruiting.n.rivals.com/news/sexton-steals-the-show-at-atlanta-eybl

I agree that there's a lot to like about Diallo, but do you think his handle is good enough to be a primary ballhandler at the next level? We really need another recruit for next year who can drive and dish. Pretty solid in those areas imo.. has a good handle can go either way and is a capable passer. Shooting has been the knock on him Primary ballhandler as a Freshman is going to be extremely hard to find at this point but he could help a bit imo Would like the staff to look at Michael Weathers Pg out of the midwest with hm interest but grades may be an issue.. either way he is very talented and it appears Creighton has a leg up on him

BABC Boston Amateur Basketball Club (BABC) is as consistent as programs come, and their 2015 roster looks like it will follow suit. BABC returns two-time EYBL veteran guard Bruce Brown (ESPN No. 54), giving them a terrific all-around floor leader to pair with point guard Ikenna Ndugba. 6-foot-8 forwards Terrell Brown and Kevin Marfo are their only means on interior production, so BABC will have to defend on their always-excellent defense to make up for it. Leo Papille is as good as coaches come at this level of basketball, and knowing Leo, he will want us to keep his talented squad under the radar www.d1circuit.com/news_article/show/501347?referrer_id=790853Corey Evans @coreyevans_10 Seton Hall will play host to George Washington transfer big man Kevin Marfo for an official visit on April 19, per source

Mutombo’s nephew (Kabengele at FSU) has turned into quite a player. At times he was dominant in the UVA semifinal win at both ends of the court. Played well against Duke last night. He was named to the ACC all tournament team.
His overall athleticism, defense and 3pt shooting would have filled a huge need on the Hoyas team.
